Cloud Strategy Expert
- Responsible for determining current state and future state for our clients
- Develops strategies to help our clients move from current state to future state in such a way as to reduce costs and time taken
- Understands change management in terms of how it affects stakeholders of an organization, how processes can be changed and how technology can be transformed.
DevOps specialist
- Responsible for the implementation of cloud systems using best practices baked into our Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines and tools and programming languages.
- Is an expert in terraform, at least 3 programming languages and understands monitoring and operations concepts and issues.
Cloud SAFe Agile Practitioner
- Understands how SAFe Agile principles apply to Cloud projects both large and small
- Responsible for implementing Cloud roadmaps for our clients, breaking them down into sprints and ensuring all milestones are met.
- Has a great amount of experience on Cloud Agile projects, preferably in more than one Cloud environment.
Software engineer
- Has a great deal of software engineering experience on multiple cloud projects
- Has in-depth experience with at least 3 programming languages
- Has experience with at least 2 of the three main cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP)
- Has experience with serverless tools in the cloud
Cloud Trainer
- Develops and presents cloud training materials aimed at many different audiences
- Is certified as a trainer in at least two cloud environments
